Piers Morgan
Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born 30 March 1965) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week. Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several tabloid papers, including The Sun, News of the World, and the Daily Mirror. In 1994, aged 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century.

Piers Morgan criticised by GMB viewers for distance from co-host while blasting 'Covidiots'

Piers Morgan and Charlotte Hawkins have faced criticised from Good Morning Britain viewers over their distance apart. The GMB presenters, who are providing an essential service with their news coverage, have been social distancing while working in the studio.

However, many viewers claimed Piers and Charlotte were not two metres away from each other and needed to 'get a new tape measure'.

Ironically, this came just as Piers was blasting a list of 'Covidiots' for not obeying the rules, including Aston Villa star Jack Grealish, Labour MP Stephen Kinnock But Dr Hilary Jones insisted that they had measured the distance and were practising what they preach.
