ARLINGTON, Texas - An Arlington man was shot and killed while taking people who he thought wanted to buy his car on a test drive.Arlington police found 55-year-old Khudhair Hamdan dead, lying in the road on Port Richmond Way on Tuesday.Detectives say Hamdan was helping a family member sell a car through a social media app and agreed to take a potential buyer for a test drive.MORE ARLINGTON NEWS HERETwo young men arrived at Hamdan's home later that night, according to police, and the three left in the car together.Detectives believe one of the suspects pulled out a gun and shot Hamdan, who got out of the vehicle and collapsed.The suspects took off in the car.Officers later found the vehicle at the intersection of Matlock Road and Sublett Road.Surveillance images from the area show the two suspects.(Source: Arlington Police) Arlington police ask anyone with information to call 911 or Crime Stoppers of Tarrant County at 817-469-8477.Police are warning the public about meeting up with people online.APD says they have designated safe zones at each of their four patrol stations.

2 faculty members shot at Denver high school, police say

DENVER - Two school administrators were shot at a Denver high school Wednesday morning after a gun was found during a search of a student, authorities said.The juvenile suspect remained at large and the gun was not immediately recovered following the shooting at East High School at about 10 a.m., the Denver Police Department said.One of the administrators was critically injured and the second was in stable condition, Police Chief Ron Thomas said.The victims were taken to area hospitals.A shooting erupted at a Colorado high school on March 22 where so far two adult victims were found, and the unidentified suspect remains on the run, police said. East High School, not far from downtown near a busy street that cuts through the city, was placed on lockdown as police investigated the shooting.It was unclear if the shooting happened inside or outside the school. The complaint charges that Nicholas Welker, 31, the one-time leader of Feuerkrieg Division, an international racially or ethnically motivated violent extremist group, posted death threats against a Brooklyn-based journalist in a public online forum and his co-conspirators tweeted the death threats at the journalist for reporting on the extremist group. The journalist and their outlet were not named. Efforts to immediately reach Welker and his attorney Wednesday were not successful.
