Queen Camilla, who is on the mend after a bout of pneumonia, has given an update on her health during a reception to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Women's Aid.The 77 year old Queen used the occasion to reaffirm her commitment to never cease advocating for victims of domestic abuse and shared her dismay that domestic violence is still prevalent.

Currently dealing with post-viral fatigue, the Queen has reduced her workload in recent weeks to focus on her recovery. When asked about her health by charity representatives and survivors of domestic abuse, she admitted: "I am still a bit tired.

It catches up a bit". Many guests praised the Queen for her recent ITV documentary, Her Majesty the Queen: Behind Closed Doors, which delved into her extensive work in this area.

Among those present was Alice Liveing, a survivor of abuse at the hands of her partner when she was just 16. Now an ambassador for Women's Aid, Miss Liveing shared an update on the Queen's health after their conversation.
