He will also have to serve three years of supervised release after prison.Musbach pleaded guilty in February to using interstate commerce facilities in the commission of a murder-for-hire plot.He began communicating online with the girl in 2015 and eventually began using those chats to request and receive sexually explicit videos and photographs of the girl, and send her similar videos and images of himself.

PHILADELPHIA - A young man has died at a Philadelphia hospital after being shot multiple times, police say. According to authorities, the shooting erupted on the 3100 block of North Stillman Street in the North Philadelphia section of the city on Tuesday at 9:42 p.m. Police say officers with the 39th District responded and found a 22-year-old man with gunshot wounds to his head, chest and back. The victim, later identified as Nadir Smith of North Philadelphia, was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly before 11 p.m. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESOfficials say the scene was held, no weapon was recovered and no arrest was made. The investigation is ongoing and active with the Philadelphia Police Department's Homicide Detective Unit.

Netflix documentary Take Care Of Maya, has shared an update on her health after years of chronic pain.As recounted in the documentary, Maya, aged 10, was rushed to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in Florida in October 2016 with crippling stomach pain, which her father Jack described as “so severe, her knees were going up to her chest, and she was screaming”.After arriving at the hospital, Maya’s mum Beata was accused of child abuse due to Munchausen syndrome by proxy, a mental disorder in which a caregiver fakes or causes symptoms to make a child look sick.Maya was separated from her parents for over three months after hospital staff raised concerns with child protective services over Beata, who had to complete a court-ordered psychological evaluation. Beata was later determined to not have an illness, but died by suicide 87 days after she had been separated from her daughter.In a note, she wrote: “I no longer can take the pain being away from Maya and being treated like a criminal.

TRENTON, N.J. - A police pursuit that ended in a crash on a New Jersey highway led to the discovery of firearms stolen from a Pennsylvania gun store, sources say.FOX 29 was on scene at Rt. 29 in Trenton near the Calhoun Street Bridge, where Trenton and Middletown Township Police were investigating and collecting evidence. Police say officers were chasing the car before it crashed on the New Jersey highway. Evidence collected from the vehicle's trunk included multiple firearms, both assault rifles and handguns, with tags from a gun store. Sources tell FOX 29's Steve Keeley, that the chase began in Pennsylvania at a gun store in Bucks County. Five people were captured on surveillance video using a Kia, reported stolen out of Philadelphia, to access the second story of the LugerMan gun store in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, sources say. While inside, the suspects broke glass cases and stole the firearms, per police sources. As officers from the Middletown Township Police Department arrived on scene, they chased the Kia and used stop sticks to disable the vehicle. Law enforcement sources say the vehicle made it over the Calhoun Street Bridge, where Trenton Police got involved, capturing three of the five suspects. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESEugene Golubtsov, the owner of the LugerMan store, spoke with FOX 29 and detailed the events he saw on his store's surveillance video.

PHILADELPHIA - An investigation is underway in Philadelphia after a man was fatally shot on a SEPTA bus, police say. According to authorities, the shooting erupted inside a SEPTA bus just before 11 p.m. on Wednesday evening in the area of Germantown Avenue and E Bringhurst Street. Police arrived on scene and entered the bus, where they found a man lying on the ground bleeding, police say. The man was rushed to Einstein Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:04 p.m., investigators say. According to Chief Inspector Scott Small, the man is currently a John Doe believed to be in his 20s. Investigators say the partition between the driver and the passenger area was struck by a bullet. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESInvestigators with the Philadelphia Police Department collect evidence after a deadly shooting on a SEPTA bus in Germantown.  The 52-year-old bus driver told authorities she heard a confrontation followed by gunshots, Small says. Authorities say the shooting was captured on the bus's interior and exterior cameras. The masked shooter fled the bus after the shooting, police say. According to investigators, eight passengers were on the bus at the time of the shooting. A man was shot and killed on a SEPTA bus in Germantown, police say.
