The Chase's Jenny Ryan reveals co-star she's closest to as cast 'rarely' see each other
Jenny Ryan has shared insights into the off-screen dynamics of her fellow Chasers, revealing that despite not having much chance to socialise outside of work, she shares a special bond with one in particular.
Speaking to Heat magazine, the 42-year-old quiz enthusiast, known as "The Vixen" on ITV's hit show The Chase, admitted that the Chasers rarely see each other away from the cameras.
What little time they do get, she said, is spent indulging in their passion for quizzing: "When we're recording Beat the Chasers, we generally gather in one person's dressing room on our breaks and quiz each other." She continued: "We've got a group chat, but I'd say I'm closest to Paul (Sinha), because we both love comedy.
Sometimes, it's nice for us all to go out for dinner and chat about other things, although it's quite rare!" Ryan, who joined The Chase in 2015 and also placed third on 'The X Factor: Celebrity' in 2019, has had a brilliant career in the world of quizzes, competing in shows like Mastermind, Are You An Egghead, Only Connect, and The Weakest Link.
