Two suspects have been arrested following a horror double stabbing in Longsight that left a man and teenage boy with serious injuries.
Greater Manchester Police said officers and paramedics were called to the incident near Rushford Street just before 7pm on Tuesday (February 4).
A boy, 16, and a man 20, were both found with 'stab injuries' and rushed to hospital, where they currently remain to receive treatment.
A major investigation was launched, with the residential street remaining taped off throughout Wednesday (February 5). Nearby Purcell Street remained taped-off as uniformed officers, CSI specialists and plain clothes detectives conducted enquiries at the scene.
