The coronavirus pandemic has completely changed the world as we know it. And the UK lockdown has forced us into a quieter, simpler way of life.
We are being told to stay home to save lives - not just our own, but others. The measures announced by the Prime Minister Boris Johnson last month were completely unprecedented.
Mr Johnson ordered people to stay home and only leave the house in a few circumstances. This only includes shopping for basic necessities; partaking in one form of exercise a day; for a medical need or travelling to work if it is absolutely necessary.
Mr Johnson announced that, on top of pubs, restaurants and gyms already being close, that all shops - apart from those selling food and pharmacies - were to shut.
