Commuters have branded London's Underground as a "suicide mission" after workers were seen without face coverings on crowded tubes this morning.
Thousands have returned to work following Boris Johnson's advice that employees can head back if they can safely do so. On Monday, London Mayor Sadiq Khan asked commuters on the tube and buses to wear face coverings, as well as carry hand sanitiser whilst maintaining social distancing.
Transport for London (TfL) also announced the tube would only be able to carry 13-15 per cent of passengers. However, many have criticised the guidance as pictures on Tuesday showed crowded tubes and few commuters wearing face coverings.
