Boris Johnson backs minute's silence for keyworkers killed by coronavirus

Boris Johnson today urged Britons to fall silent at 11am tomorrow to remember the dozens of key workers who have lost their lives in the coronavirus outbreak.

Millions are expected to observe the minute's silence on International Workers' Memorial Day, paying tribute to nurses, doctors and transport workers who have perished.

mr Johnson threw his weight behind the tribute, as he returned to work in No10.
