Sports enthusiasts could be set for a major boost next week with Boris Johnson reportedly ready to unveil “unlockdown” on the nation.

Current rules only allow for individuals to partake in one form of exercise per day and only for one hour to prohibit the spread of coronavirus.

But new rulings could mean that people will be allowed to partake in more exercise and sport as long as it is deemed non-contact.

This could mean that golf and tennis lovers will be once again allowed to play the game, according to The Sun . The report also suggests that park picnics may also be allowed as long as people remain two metres apart.
