Boris Johnson will not face a criminal investigation into his relationship with Jennifer Arcuri when he was Mayor of London.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) revealed its long-awaited decision on whether the Prime Minister ’s links to the US tech entrepreneur should face a police inquiry.
