Boris Johnson's senior advisor is set to give a statement and take questions from the media after he broke lockdown rules.Dominic Cummings breached government rules by travelling from his home in London to Durham when the country was under strict lockdown.Cummings travelled 260 miles with his wife and their four-year-old son to the north of England on or around March 27.He is believed to have isolated there for 14 days.
