A six-year-old boy has raised more than £19,000 to buy an incubator for the hospital that saved his life when he was born two months early.

Dhillon Manku, 6, weighed just 3lb 9oz when he was prematurely born at Kingston Hospital, London. He was kept in an incubator for several months to be monitored.

A few years later, he became curious about incubators when his sister was born, and asked his mother, Sharn, 35, why she didn’t have to stay in a "glass box" like he did.
