Callum Hudson-Odoi has been arrested on suspicion of rape after allegedly breaching lockdown to be with a woman. The 19-year-old Chelsea forward was arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning, with the Metropolitan Police confirming they and the London Ambulance Service had been called to 'a report of an unwell woman'.
Hudson-Odoi reportedly had an argument with the woman at his home in south-west London. The unnamed woman was taken to hospital.
The England international has been released from custody and bailed. He must now return to a police station in mid-June as enquiries continue.
