Gary Neville has hit out at the Government over their handling of the recent Dominic Cummings saga. Prime Minister Boris Johnson's top advisor is alleged to have driven to County Durham from London on more than one occasion during the heart of the countrywide lockdown.
A joint investigation from the Daily Mirror and the Guardian found that Cummings made the first journey in March, when his wife was suffering from Covid-19 symptoms.
He and the government had said he acted "reasonably and legally" - and Minister for Transport Grant Shapps was wheeled out on TV on Sunday morning to defend the aide.
