As the UK government debate how to begin "easing" the coronavirus lockdown, the first steps may see commuters being asked to check their temperatures before leaving their home.

Individual towns and cities could also remain on lockdown in a bid to prevent the spread of the deadly bug. The Government will set out new plans as early as next week to take the nation out of lockdown by setting out a "roadmap," reports Mail Online.

The Times revealed the new steps could see workers having to take their temperatures to avoid putting people at risk on public transport, especially on crowded tubes and trains.
