revealed that some holiday car rental firms rip off customers through underhanded tactics to sell unnecessary insurance. The investigation focused on popular holiday spots in Spain and uncovered a variety of issues tourists face when hiring cars.
As a result, Independent Advisor highlighted some of the potential scams tourists could face. It also provided some top tips to help people avoid said scams so they can enjoy their holiday without any unnecessary issues.
