Karate Kid star Chad McQueen has sadly passed away at 63 due to organ failure.The tragic news was confirmed by his long-term lawyer, Arthur Barens, who revealed that Chad, whose dad was actor Steve McQueen, died at his ranch in Palm Desert, California.

The actor's health complications were a result of a racing injury he had sustained years ago, which led to progressive organ failure and his untimely death.

In his final moments, the actor was surrounded by his loved ones including Arthur, his wife Jeanie Galbraith, and his two children Chase McQueen and Madison McQueen, according to TMZ.

Chad was a respected actor, film producer, martial artist, and professional race-car driver, reports the Mirror.Karate Kid is currently experiencing a resurgence in popularity due to the success of the revival Netflix show Cobra Kai.
