A first-time mum tragically died just 30 minutes after giving birth to twin boys via a planned C-section. Rachael Galloway suffered complications following a caesarean and died after delivering Noah and Abel Galloway-Whittaker on August 1.
The 36-year-old business owner, who had just got engaged to fiancé Matt Whittaker a week prior, was thrilled about becoming a mother and was eagerly planning her wedding, hoping for her boys to be part of the ceremony.

A heartbroken Matt, 36, is now looking after his twin sons while organising Rachael's funeral, which is set to take place on September 6.
