Huge emergency service response after three injured in large fight in south Manchester

There was a massive police response in Wythenshawe tonight after three people were injured in a large 'fight.' Police were called to the disturbance on Floatshall Road in Baguley shortly before 4:30pm this evening (Sunday, May 12).

Locals reported a total of 11 police vehicles and three ambulances flooding the street in the aftermath. Three people were injured and were taken to hospital, Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have confirmed.

Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening they said. Video of the incident which has been shared with the Manchester Evening News shows a large group of people fighting in the road.
