Roman Kemp has never shied away from speaking about his mental health.The former Capital FM presenter, 31, has talked candidly about his suicidal thoughts, being on anti-depressants and also the death of his dear friend, Joe Lyons, who took his own life in 2020, also aged 31.

Roman has had some issues with his physical wellbeing, revealing he suffered from sleep apnoea in 2022, caused by his hectic work schedule.
