A fertility expert has said that Katie Price's plans to become a mum again could be impacted by her cosmetic surgery.Katie, who reportedly had her sixth face lift earlier this year, has reportedly contemplated looking for a surrogate in a bid to have more children with boyfriend JJ Slater, but her plans to have IVF might not be straightforward.Speaking to Closer magazine, fertility expert Patrick McClure said: "Considering the strain that the body goes through with IVF, being in a relatively healthy state can help ensure maximum chances of success while minimising complications.
