Katherine Ryan has revealed that her daughter Violet is 'bullied' at school by teens over rumours of the comedian undergoing cosmetic surgery.The comedian opened up to OK!

in an exclusive chat about her partnership with Gousto - and what it's like being the mother of three kids: Violet, 15, Fred, three, and Fenna, one.

On raising a teenager as someone in the public eye, Katherine admitted that Violet is sometimes taunted by bullies at school over her mum. "Violet’s friends – or enemies – will say to her, ‘My mum says your mum has a nose job,’ which I don’t.They will try to bully her through me because there’s loads of me they can use as ammunition," she said. "Violet luckily has inherited my imperviousness to that kind of criticism which I did not have when I was 15.

I don’t know where she gets it from so young," she said. "She’s just like, ‘People are slagging you off again.’” However, Katherine revealed that there is one area of her stand-up that Violet isn't a fan of. "The only thing she doesn’t like is any time I talk about having sex with my husband,” Katherine laughed. “She thinks that’s super cringe.
