Louise Thompson breaks silence with heart breaking health update after hospitalisation

Louise Thompson has opened up her distressing experience during her recent hospital stay after she fell seriously ill on a family holiday.The former Made in Chelsea star, who has had numerous health battles since almost dying during childbirth in 2021, let fans know today that she is home after almost three weeks in hospital.

However, she admitted that her brain still feels "too tangled" to form full sentences as she delivered her health update. Louise's hospitalisation was made public by her fiancé last week and she explained to her Instagram followers this morning that she felt ill during a recent family holiday but had ignored her symptoms as she was so keen to start the year on a positive note and make memories with her young son.

The 33-year-old shared how she was "losing cups full of blood" when going to the toilet almost every 20 minutes during her break abroad and eventually confided in her loved ones, the Mirror reports.Due to Louise's past health issues, the mum-of-one booked an early flight home to the UK and went straight to A&E.Sparing her followers in what she describes as "some of the grittier details", Louise admitted she has become "desensitised" to her chronic pain which she says would have had had "most people in A&E on day one".Uploading snap of herself lying in a hospital bed, Louise told her Instagram followers this morning in a lengthy caption: "Bit of an unexpected turn of events, but gotta bridge the gap somewhere, so let’s start with some good news - I’m home after two and a bit weeks spent in hospital AND I’m feeling v grateful for home and for life. ⁣ ⁣"A quick blast recap as my brain is too tangled for full sentences, but hoping this might save some time in the long run… Flew to the other
