Prince Edward has given an update regarding King Charles’ health, following the news that the monarch had been diagnosed with cancer.
Back in February, Buckingham Palace revealed that the King, 75, had been diagnosed with cancer and that while he would be postponing his public duties he “remains wholly positive about his treatment”.The statement added that the King had chosen to share his diagnosis publicly in the hope that it may “assist public understanding” for everyone affected by cancer around the world.
Since then, King Charles has provided some health updates and was recently seen smiling as he looked through some of the 7,000 messages of support he has received from around the world.
And now his brother Prince Edward, who is celebrating his milestone 60th birthday on Sunday, 10 March, has told the Daily Mail that the monarch is “doing well”, the Mirror reports.
