Thomas Markle, father to the Duchess of Sussex, has sent well wishes to King Charles III after it was announced the monarch has been diagnosed with cancer.
Thomas, 79, who resides in Mexico, has said he sends "all the good wishes in the world" to King Charles, 75, who publicly shared this cancer diagnosis on Monday, 5 February, in a statement issued by Buckingham Palace. "I want to send my best wishes to King Charles and hope he gets well very soon.
I wish him all the good wishes in the world," dad of three Thomas told the Daily Mail. King Charles returned to London from Sandringham on 5 February to begin treatment, the Palace confirmed.
His diagnosis came after he underwent treatment for an enlarged prostate in January. Buckingham Palace said in a statement: "During The King's recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, a separate issue of concern was noted.
