A mother of two from Sheffield has tragically lost her life after embarking on a journey to transform her appearance through cosmetic surgery in Turkey - a popular destination for these operations.
Kaydell Brown, 38, paid £5,400 to undergo what is known as a 'Mummy MOT' and includes a Brazilian butt lift, tummy tuck, and boob job surgeries. The hairdresser had hoped this trio of surgeries would be life-changing, but sadly, complications led to the operation being doubled in time and Kaydell not making it through post-op.
Her sister Leanne Brown, 40, who was set to undergo the same procedures by the same surgeon, has fiercely criticised the Istanbul clinic, comparing it to a "pop-up butcher shop that needs shutting down" following the devastating event. The desperate situation underlines a worrying trend, with the Foreign Office citing 28 British fatalities linked to Turkish cosmetic operations since 2019.

Leanne's warning sounds loud and clear; she insists the clinic must be closed.
