Online medicine delivery firms such as 1MG, MedLife, NetMeds, Practo and myUpchar are still facing shortage of delivery personnel, as they also stare at supply chain disruption across geographies.
Some firms, which have resumed operations in a limited manner, have also begun rationing critical medicine supplies, as users resort to panic-buying.
Industry executives and founders said that police and administrative authorities in many states have stepped in to ensure a smooth flow of medicine and critical care supplies.
They however warned that supply chain disruptions continue to exist in many cities, hampering operations. Many online medicine delivery users took to Twitter to complain about delayed and cancelled orders.
