Richard Masters insists there will be no more financial help for the Football League until the Premier League has its own finances in order.
EFL chairman Rick Parry revealed earlier this month that the leagues faced a £200m blackhole by September as a result of the season being suspended due to Covid-19.
A host of League One and Two clubs face financial ruin due to the lack of matchday income from games that were suspended back in March.
League Two opted to curtail their season, while League One clubs will start voting next week on proposals to get the current campaign finished.
