Max George has revealed he is returning to the hospital due to a concerning "flicking feeling" in his chest after recent heart surgery.
The 36-year-old singer, best known for being part of The Wanted, had undergone a lengthy operation to fit a pacemaker as a solution to his 2:1 heart block and was discharged home in time for the Christmas celebrations. However, in an Instagram video update on Monday, George mentioned that the unexpected sensation in his chest was baffling doctors.
Seeking insights from fans who have experienced similar issues, he explained: "I’m in the hospital tomorrow for another check-up because I’ve been getting this ‘flicking’ feeling in the left-hand side of my chest.
I’m actually getting it now."He remains hopeful that the issue might be a minor one, saying: "Hopefully it’s maybe a nerve touching it and it’ll go away in time, or maybe they may have to move the wires slightly."Admitting his lack of knowledge about pacemakers, he disclosed: "I’m all ears because all I’m doing at the moment is research because I know nothing about pacemakers.
