"We believe in you" - Children wrote these amazing letters to thank NHS 'superheroes' for saving lives during coronavirus crisis

Year Six children at a primary school in Salford are showing their support for NHS staff by writing heartfelt letters of courage, thanks and hope.

The kids at St Mark's RC Primary School in Swinton are thanking doctors, nurses and all who work for the NHS for saving lives as the coronavirus outbreak continues.

The moving letters showing 'love for the NHS' have been sent to nearby hospitals, in the hopes of keeping spirits as high as possible for staff who are facing the unimaginable.

The class included poems, colourful drawings and pleas for staff to 'never give up' as they battle the tide of coronavirus. Among the supportive messages was Year Six pupil Allana, who said: "I am writing to you at this difficult time to spread some love and
