Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born 30 March 1965) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week. Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several tabloid papers, including The Sun, News of the World, and the Daily Mirror. In 1994, aged 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century.

Zoe Ball, 52, has been left "absolutely gutted" to have to miss out on King Charles III's Coronation Concert, which is taking place at Windsor Castle this evening.

Zoe was set to be part of the Radio 2 presenting team covering the royal event, but has had to pull out at the last minute after coming down with a "sickness bug".

Taking to Twitter to share the sad news with her 405,000 followers just hours before the concert is due to take place, Zoe wrote this morning: "absolutely gutted. . .

"Zoe went on to reassure listeners that Dermot O'Leary and Scott Mills would be covering the show in her place. "@radioleary and @scott_mills have got you covered i'm heading back to bed," she added, alongside a crown and red love heart emoji.
