Emergency crews scrambled to a fire in a Scots town after smoke was spotted coming from a property.Fire crews were alerted to the incident at Love Lane in Peterhead at around 1:04pm this afternoon, Saturday, February 22.No information is available at this stage on any injuries but there was an ambulance pictured at the scene.
The image shows a police cordon taping off an area on the street, with a police van and fire appliance also parked on the road.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were alerted to smoke coming from a property on Love Lane in Peterhead at 1:04pm this afternoon, Saturday, February 22. "Three appliances were dispatched but left the scene just before 2pm.
We are unable to provide any information about injuries." A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 1.20pm on Saturday, 2025, we received a report of a fire at Love Lane, Peterhead.
