Cancer doctor shares three foods he incorporates into diet to slash risk of disease

A doctor has recommended three foods that everyone should include in their diet as he claims it will lower their risk of cancer.

In the UK, over 385,000 new cases of cancer are diagnosed annually, with one in two people likely to be affected at some point in their lives.

While 62% of cancer cases are not preventable, according to Cancer Research UK, steps can be taken to reduce the risk, including maintaining a healthy diet, avoiding smoking and limiting alcohol intake.

Dr Tim Tiutan, a board-certified internal medicine physician, shared his personal preventative measures on TikTok, revealing the specific foods he includes in his diet.
