NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said Indians will have to remain patient for several days in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic and apologised for the inconvenience caused to the people.
Modi further said people should help those who belong to the financially weaker sections. "I apologise to the people of the country because of inconvenience caused to them.
I specially apologise to the poor and financially weaker sections... It is possible that poor would be angry with me for taking such steps," said the Prime Minister said in his monthly radio programme Mann Ki Baat.
