At the start of the week, Sarah’s on edge after receiving more missed calls from Damon Hay (Ciaran Griffiths). She’s also unnerved by Adam Barlow’s (Sam Robertson) cagey behaviour but Stephen Reid (Todd Boyce) tells her not to worry, Adam’s just planning a surprise gender reveal party.

As the Barlows and Platts gather in the bistro for the party, Sarah feigns surprise. In front of her guests, Sarah readies herself to open the balloon box and find out the gender of her unborn baby.

Later on, Sarah calls in to see Adam insisting they need to talk after the events of the gender reveal party. As Adam rails at Sarah for all the lies, she’s suddenly hit with stomach pain.
