Kate Middleton left many royal fans wondering if she was beginning a return to work this week as she shared a trailer for a new project to Instagram on Saturday in collaboration with Mental Health Week. The Prince and Princess of Wales' official Instagram account released a short film about the mental health challenges which the UK's farmers face, which starred Love Island's Will Young and saw the royals pledge to offer mental support to farmers in rural communities. This is the first project that Kate has been involved in since she revealed her cancer diagnosis, with the Princess taking time to recover following an abdominal surgery and to go through preventative chemotherapy.

Alongside the video, a caption read: "A conversation for #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek showing just how important the Duchy of Cornwall’s Mental Health Strategy is. "Sam and Will’s honest chat about farmers’ experiences with mental health highlights the positive outcomes that can be achieved with the right support, whatever form that might take.

A farmer or not, we hope that you’ll be able to take something from this film, Sam’s incredible story and his conversation with @farmer_will_."@wearefarmingminds is being supported by the Duchy Mental Health Strategy to expand, helping more people in rural communities to access the support they need." The move comes after Prince William provided an update on his wife, confirming that the princess is "doing well" while he was on a visit to a hospital on the Isles of Scilly.

During his trip to St Mary's Community Hospital, William was told about a new facility for health and social care that was being built near the hospital.
