And after voicing Lisa Simpson for 36 seasons, youngest child of Homer and Marge Simpson, Yeardley Smith was amazed that one prediction came true — twice!“Trump as President,” Smith revealed exclusively to The Post at Vulture Fest over the weekend. “I do know the story was that they were — as ‘The Simpsons’ do — like who would be the most ridiculous President ever?

Listen, they just have to knock it off because it never seems to be good news.”As viewers may remember, in the 2000 episode “Bart to the Future,” a look into the future showed Lisa Simpson as President of the United States, telling her staff, “As you know, we’ve inherited quite a budget crunch from President Trump.” She is then told by Secretary of State Milhouse Van Houten that America is now broke.In 2016, Trump was elected president, and three years into his term, America was not broke, but the stock market was suffering.
