As Louise Thompson recovers from spending over two weeks in hospital, she is now back home and has been spending quality time with her son Leo-Hunter, who turned two last November.The former Made In Chelsea star, 33, has suffered a string of health issues since almost dying during Leo's traumatic birth in 2021, and has been keeping her 1.4 million Instagram followers updated on the recovery process since leaving the hospital.

Sharing a number of pictures with her son in a new post, Louise wrapped up warm while leaning in for a kiss with Leo - who she shares with fiancé Ryan Libbey - sharing that she 'made it to the park at the end of the road'.

Holding hands, the mother-son duo looked adorable during the park trip, with Leo dressed in a cosy beige ensemble while his reality star mum donned a green beanie hat. "The world is moving at light speed but that doesn’t mean you have to keep up," she added to the caption.

Last week, Ryan revealed that mum-of-one Louise was back in hospital once again, having to go in at 3am on Sunday morning. "Picked up a little gift for Louise earlier this morning.
