M6 blocked by emergency services after car flips

Emergency services blocked the M6 after a car flipped onto its roof following a crash. Police and paramedics attended the incident on the southbound carriageway near J19 for Tabley on Thursday afternoon (March 14).

Motorway traffic cameras showed a number of emergency services vehicles in attendance, including ambulances, following the collision.

Two lanes were blocked off after the crash, thought to have happened at around 4pm, which caused 30 minute delays ahead of rush hour. Lane one and two (of four) are closed." National Highways confirmed that traffic police and officers from Cheshire Constabulary also attended the scene.
