Manchester United has been slapped with a food hygiene rating of two after mouse droppings were found during a recent inspection.
Environmental health officers have downgraded the hygiene rating of the Old Trafford football ground, on Sir Matt Busby Way, from a four to a two following the inspection in November.
The Manchester Evening News understands mice droppings were discovered during the visit, but that they were not found in kitchens or food preparation areas on site.
Pest control teams were informed and are visited regularly each week, understood to be between four or five times, to help tackle the issue.
