A mum-of-two died after being sent home from hospital with 'paracetamol for a trapped nerve' - despite actually being in cardiac arrest.
Jade Ellis, 36, had pain in her left arm then severe chest pains, and was rushed to hospital after calling NHS 111. But despite showing symptoms consistent with acute coronary problems she was diagnosed with a 'trapped nerve', her family say.
Tests weren't done which could have shown signs she was having heart problems - and she was sent home, where she had a heart attack, her family say, and died.
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Local Health Board has now admitted liability by breach of duty and causation.
