Nicola Sturgeon has told people across the UK to stop putting strain on remote communities in Scotland by heading north amid the coronavirus outbreak.The First Minister’s comments came at a Covid-19 briefing in Edinburgh alongside Scotland’s chief medical officer Dr Catherine Calderwood and Health Secretary Jeanne Freeman.Addressing the nation, she said the virus “cannot be outrun” while taking aim at those trying to distance themselves from others by fleeing to the Highlands and Islands.It comes after politicians in the north of Scotland issued a dire warning that their area must not be used as a way for people to self-isolate as cars and campervans clog the roads.SNP Westminster leader Ian Blackford – the MP for Ross, Skye and Lochaber –
