Prince Harry could reach out to his father amid the ongoing rift after it was announced that King Charles has sought treatment for an enlarged prostate, as a royal expert said "vulnerability brings people together".
A statement from Buckingham Palace on Wednesday, 18 January revealed that Charles will go to hospital next week for a "corrective procedure" for a benign enlarged prostate.
The Monarch is said to have been keen to share details of his diagnosis to encourage other men to get checked, as Benign prostate enlargement (BPE) is common in men aged over 50.
Following the news, a royal expert has spoken exclusively to OK! and said the news could bring a "silver lining" for Charles and Harry.
