Residents reported the chopper hovering at low altitude over specific areas around Stalybridge. Now the mystery can be solved.

Bosses have confirmed to the M.E.N. the chopper was inspecting the powerline running to the east and south of Stalybridge. And it could be seen on Thursday too.
