Uefa will consider 'special cases' to cancel league seasons but have reiterated a dedication to finishing European divisions and cup competitions.
Elite football in Europe has been suspended following the coronavirus outbreak and the Europa League and Champions League ties are still at the last 16 stage.
All Uefa competitions were suspended indefinitely last month and the European Championship, which was due to start in June, has been pushed back to 2021 and the Women's Euros, slated for 2021, could be moved back to 2022.
Earlier this month the Belgian league abandoned its season, proclaiming Club Brugge as champions, although there was only one round of fixtures left before the play-offs between the top six teams.
