A woman has spent five days in hospital following a crash near Bury. Officers were called out to the A56 northbound at Edenfield, in Rossendale, at around 2.10pm last Thursday (May 30).
Lancashire Police says it followed a collision involving a white Ford Transit van and a black Mazda 2 car. The woman, who was a passenger, suffered serious injuries in the crash.
