Adam Thomas says he 'never thought' as he shares positive update amid health struggles
Adam Thomas has shared a positive update with his fans and followers as he continues to battle through a painful condition. The actor first opened up about his arthritis diagnosis last year, around the same time he was announced in the Strictly Come Dancing 2023 line-up.
While he shared at the time how he'd been told he had rheumatoid arthritis, he has since told how his initial diagnosis has been changed, saying in January on Loose Women that he's got Psoriatic arthritis.
But he continues to openly document his pain battle and the methods he is taking to trying combat the symptoms and in one of his latest social media posts, the Waterloo Road star shared how he was back in the gym doing something he 'never thought' he'd see himself doing again. "I never thought I'd be back being able to do HIIT training again...
feels so good!" He added: "Thought I'd mix things up down at @risefitnesscheadle and it did not disappoint." He has since posted another gym selfie and as he posed in the mirror, while sporting a black top and matching shirts with a white jumper wrapped around his waist, he was also sporting a smile.
