The family of a 'loving' dad stuck in a Slovakian hospital have told of their desperation to bring him home after suffering a horrific accident at a karaoke bar.
Dad-of-one Thom Bradley, 43, has spent over two weeks in a medically induced coma after falling down a flight of stairs and hitting his head while on a city break in Bratislava with his uncle and friends, on the evening of April 30.
He was rushed to hospital after suffering a broken neck and trauma to his head and spine, his family said. He has remained heavily sedated ever since and receiving around the clock care, almost 1,200 miles from his loved ones at home. However, they say they have been told they will need to raise around £30,000 to bring him on a medical repatriation flight back home.
