BBC's Gabby Logan has opened up about facing midlife, whilst promoting her new projects on Lorraine Kelly's daytime show. Currently presenting BBC's coverage of Euro 2024 in Germany, Gabby openly discussed the challenges she faced during middle age and mentioned her latest projects, a podcast named 'the Mid Point' and a book in the pipeline titled The Midpoint Plan.

In conversation with Lorraine about her podcast, Gabby shared: "I come away from every episode thinking well I've learnt something new today.

I talk to friends and tell them things I've learnt from experts or people like you that come on the podcast and inspire everyone to get a hold of midlife and do those things you want to do and make those health changes so I decided to get the best of it on paper." As the dialogue heated, Lorraine enthused: "You're right about the fact that sometimes we think that we have to take it easy now but no." Earning instant agreement from Gabby who confirmed: "No, we have to push on.", reports the Mirror.
